Oversees day-to-day scheduling across repairs, cleanouts, and lawn care. Coordinates crews, vehicles, tools, and timelines to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations. Leads onsite teams for property cleanups, building clean-outs, demolition prep, removals, and hauling coordination. Focused on safety, site organization, and clear communication with customers from walkthrough to final sweep. Kat takes on diagnostics and board-level troubleshooting for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. She handles complex repairs, quality checks refurbished devices before resale, and helps maintain an organized parts inventory for faster turnaround times.
Fleet & Equipment Maintenance Manager
Keeps trucks, trailers, tools, and lawn equipment reliable and job-ready. Coordinates preventative maintenance, manages tool check-in/check-out, and supports safe load securing and equipment setup for cleanouts, removals, demolition prep, and lawn care visits.
